God’s transforming power through grace and redemptio

Day 1: No One Is Too Far Gone

Scripture: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:The enemy loves to convince people they’ve gone too far. But God's heart is closest to those who feel furthest from Him. Your past does not disqualify you—it's often the very stage God uses to display His glory.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for always being near—even when I feel unworthy. Remind me that Your grace is greater than my past.

Day 2: Grace Meets Us in the Gutter

Scripture: “But where sin increased, grace increased all the more.” – Romans 5:20 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:Grace isn’t just for the good moments—it’s for the messy ones. In your lowest point, grace runs deeper. The preacher's story reminds us that no pit is too deep for God to reach into and pull us out.

Prayer: God, thank You for meeting me in the mess and showing me mercy. Help me to believe that Your grace is always enough.

Day 3: A New Identity

Scripture: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:God doesn’t just forgive you—He gives you a new identity. You’re not who you used to be. That former drug addict? He’s now a preacher. That’s what grace does.

Prayer: Father, thank You for making me new. Help me walk in the identity You've given me, not the one my past tried to define.

Day 4: The Power of Testimony

Scripture: “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony...” – Revelation 12:11 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:Your story is someone else’s survival guide. The preacher's transformation isn’t just powerful—it’s prophetic. Your testimony tells others what God can do again.

Prayer: Jesus, use my story for Your glory. Even the broken pieces—shine through them to bring hope to others.

Day 5: Restoration is a Process

Scripture: “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion...” – Philippians 1:6 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:Change doesn’t always happen overnight, but when God starts a work, He finishes it. Don’t despise small beginnings or slow progress. Every step matters.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your patience and persistence. Help me trust the process and keep growing in You.

Day 6: Called to Something Greater

Scripture: “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works...” – Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)

Devotional Thought:God doesn’t just save us from something—He saves us for something. That preacher now preaches because God repurposed his pain for ministry. You too are called for more.

Prayer: God, reveal my purpose. Use my story, my past, and my passion to bring glory to Your name.
