“Purpose Still Lives in Your Pain”

By Dr. Gabriella Larfaque

Pain has a way of making you forget the promise.

Maybe life didn’t turn out the way you planned. Maybe you’ve endured heartbreak, loss, betrayal, or disappointment—and it’s left you wondering, “God, where are You in all of this?”

Let me remind you today: pain is not the end of your story. It might just be the beginning of your purpose.

The Power of the Process

When I look back on some of the most impactful guests on The Noble Show, there’s a pattern I always see: they didn’t discover their calling in their comfort. They found it in their crisis. It was in their deepest struggle that God revealed their deepest strength.

The former addict who now sets others free. The single mother who now coaches women to rise. The broken man who found healing—and now leads others into it.

That’s how our God works. He doesn’t waste wounds. He weaves them into your assignment.

What If Your Pain Is a Clue?

Sometimes we try to escape what God wants to use. The very area you’ve been attacked in is often the area you’re called to minister in.

  • Battled depression? Maybe you’re called to be a light for others in darkness.

  • Survived abuse? Maybe God is raising you up as a voice for the voiceless.

  • Struggled with self-worth? Maybe your words will rebuild someone else’s confidence.

The place of your pain can become the platform of your purpose.

3 Truths to Hold Onto

  1. God Sees You.He hasn’t forgotten you. Even in the silence, He is working behind the scenes (Psalm 34:18).

  2. Your Story Isn’t Over.Whatever the enemy meant for evil, God can use it for good (Genesis 50:20).

  3. You’re Being Prepared.Just like Joseph, just like David, just like you—God trains His warriors in hidden places.

A Noble Reminder

Being noble isn’t about a title or platform. It’s about choosing purpose over pain. It’s about trusting that God is birthing something greater—even when you don’t understand it yet.

📖 Reflect:Think of the hardest moment in your life. Now ask God: “What do You want to do through this?”Write down what you sense. Sit with Him. Let purpose rise.
